Every mining.notify job carries a block version field. When bit 4 is set in a version-bits header (top bits 001), the pool is distributing work that signals BIP-110. These are jobs, not solved blocks: intent, not proof of enforcement. View is zoomed to August 6-10, the days surrounding the first blocks on the BIP-110 fork.
